L\u2019obiettivo principale di questa iniziativa \u00e8 quello di stimolare la creativit\u00e0 culinaria dei giovani, incoraggiandoli a esplorare e valorizzare la diversit\u00e0 delle forme di pasta e a pensare a come ogni forma possa essere completata e valorizzata da una salsa unica. Gli studenti sono invitati a riflettere su come i vari ingredienti possano interagire e combinarsi per creare un\u2019esperienza gastronomica straordinaria.\u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originality and Creativity<\/strong>: Recipes must present innovative and surprising ideas that demonstrate original thinking in pairing ingredients. A jury open to the public of Foodexp<\/strong> ,  esperti del settore gastronomico, composta da chef, nutrizionisti e rappresentanti di Monograno Felicetti e dell\u2019Istituto Columella, valuter\u00e0 le proposte secondo diversi criteri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
